Move a user from a persistent to a non-persistent desktop pool

When we move a user from a persistent to a non-persistent desktop pool, this does not seem to become effective. The change is not reflected in the environment. I quess this should work. Can anybody help me?

Thanks!

Yes, I move the user from an AD group which is entitled to a persistent desktop to a AD group which is only entitled to a non-persistent desktop (so the user is member of just one of the groups). After this, VDM still tries to give the user a persistent desktop. The configuration does not seem to get updated.

Have you confirmed that the User does not have any active sessions
