Mouse Pointer: Long Delay when annimation changes

Our environment has Horizon VIew 5.2 and we are using linked clones.  We the mouse changes from the Arrow to Cursor to Hand there is a long delay.  About 3-5 seconds.  The actual VM is responding really well.  Is there a setting that directly ties to this behavior?  I'd like to eleminate it if possible.

Try re-installing VMware tools. Follow this step

1. Re-install VMware Tools

2. Re-install VMware View  Agent
