Hi,
Today we experienced an UAG not responding to requests in our Horizon DaaS environment. Monitoring is done with Zabbix on a basic level (disk space, ping etc.), so this UAG not responding to requests didn't trigger any alerts.
Can some of you explain how you monitor a Horizon DaaS environment properly?
Which tools/applications do you use for monitoring? Is vRealize Operations for Horizon a good solution for this?
Do you monitor any specific services? Are there any best practices?
