Missing VmwProtectClient driver when running Horizon client session on Windows 11 guest OS.

I am running Horizon client software v2203 on a Windows 11 Pro N 21H2 guest OS install (i.e. this is running as a VM on a proxmox hypervisor), and when I try to launch a client session it fails with this error:

2022-07-18T19:39:58.212Z Er(02) crtbora VmwProtectClient: VmwProtectClient_Init: Driver not found.

Please can anybody help?

Hi,

Could you please check if the Keylogger Blocking gpo is enabled in the agent which is located at VMware View Agent Configuration->Agent Configuration→Keylogger Blocking?

If it's enabled and the Keylogger Blocking feature is not installed in Client side which is not checked in the installation dialog by default, you'll not be able to launch the remote session.
