Mismatch in client/server encryption algorithms.

I have customers trying to connect to out security server from ipads and also some android clients and are getting this error, connecting from a Windows PC or laptop works fine. This happens after they sign into the view client with their domain credentials and select the pool they want to connect to. Right now we're only using self signed certificates that we've placed on the security and connection servers. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I've resolved the issue that was cauing this error. We had changed the GPO setting "Configure PCoIP session encryption algorithms", setting it back to "Not Configured" resolved the issue and allowed us to connect with tablet devices.
