Migrate view connection server with linked clone 4.5 to 5.2

Dear All,

Currently working with vMWare View 4.5 on 2003 R2 32 bit with linked clone on vsphere 4

Need to upgrade to vMWare view 5.2 with linked clone on vsphere 5

4.5 version is running on 32 bit server

in place upgrade is not supported as my view connection server is running 4.5 version. I should first upgrade to version 4.6 then to version 5.2.

5.2 version is only supported on 64 bit server

I should then migrate to a new connection server and migrate the pools manually ... Is it supported, feasible with linked clone pools

Any advice on this ? Workaround ?

Just stand up another replica on a x64 bit machine.  Then upgrade.  The linked clones will stay.  You will have to update to Composer 3.0 which will be a little fun but it shouldn't be a problem.
