Migrate Linked Clone with persistant disk

Does anyone know if it’s possible to migrate a linked clone and persistent disk to a dedicated desktop? A caveat of this also is that the linked clone is in one vcenter and the future dedicated desktop will be in another with a separate view infrastructure.

Hi,

When you say migrate Linked clone with persistent disk to Dedicated desktop , does this  dedicated desktop mean,  full clone of desktops. Then you remove persistent disk from linked clone and add it to full clone VM.

Hi,

Then you just have to remove manual pool ( not delete ) from VMware view administrator. Re-import it in new View administrator.

HI\i,

Only option is to create new manual full clone and then detach   data disk from link clone , add  to this full clone.
