Microsoft Store app icons still in the Start Menu after running OSOT

After choosing apps in the common options like sticky notes and calculator, OSOT removes all the other apps. But it's leaving white icons behind, and if I click on any of the removed apps, it just opens the Store app instead. How do I remove all the icons as well?

(I'm using Horizon 7.13.2, OSOT 1.1 on Windows 10 Enterprise 21H2.)

Figured it out, DEM was putting it all back in. After clearing out DEM all the icons disappeared.
