Hi,
We currently have a Horizon View infrastructure with linked clones running on a stateless architecture on local SSD and it’s working very well.
We have several pools for different users typology but mainly for call-center.
Those users are never all working at the same time because there are several shifts.
We can then have less Virtual Desktops than we have users.
However, I don’t have an accurate way to check the peak number of users per pool to size them exactly.
In the “Product Licensing and Usage” section of Horizon View dashboard, we can see an history of the peak number for all linked clones as below:
Is there a way to have the same information on a per pool basis?
Thanks for your help
Sylvain
I believe that native functionality is in the pipeline from VMware?? I have not tried using it yet but found this in my own quest for information:
Vaudit Test Engine - BETA

Thank you Tom,
I will try this
Someone also told me that it might be achieved with VCops for View.
Anyone familiar with the product can confirm?
Sylvain
I did a beta awhile back and I believe it did give you numbers like your looking for. You should see if you can get a free trial to see if it provides everything you need.
Download vCenter Operations Manager for Horizon View, Virtual Desktop Management
Thanks for the input mittim12
I will have a look at this solution then
In fact I already have the licenses for the product because I have the full Horizon Suite
Just haven't implemented it yet.
