Mapped Drives - Home Share

Hi,

I have a setup in my environment where users have a mapped home directory on a fileserver and this directory is mapped to a drive letter. Also a login script performs a mapping to another share.

If I login via RDP on the base image everything is fine, the mapped drives are here. If I login on a desktop provided by view, the folders are missing.

Any idea?

That was a problem with appvolumes

  • reg.exe add HKLM\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\services\svservice\parameters /t REG_DWORD /v VolDelayLoadTime /d 0 /f

did fix it, but login times are slower now

Hello,

I already have a script the replays the logon scripts that maps one of the drives, but this can not be the solution. Also to remap the homedrive is a little bit of a mess after the login has happened
