MacOS Sonoma: Issues with fullscreen and menubar in Horizon Client

Hi all, I've noticed that with MacOS Sonoma and its new useless option "show and hide menu bar" fullscreen stopped working correctly for the Horizon client.

When you open the client everything works as usual but as soon as you minimize Horizon and then make it fullscreen again the menubar and the windows header starts appearing every time you move the mouse to the top of the screen. It does not behave like a real full screen app anymore, basically it replicates the behaviour of normal applications (e.g. web browser, terminal) when enlarged to cover all the screen. Definitely not what is needed in this case and completely different from the old behaviour.

I've tried fixing it changing the above option or setting LSUIPresentationMode in the application plist but neither of those fix it. Anyone had more luck with this?

I have been experiencing slowness/laggy issues with my Windows 10 Horizon Desktop using VMware Blast. I believe it has started happening a few weeks or so ago when I upgraded to MacOS Sonoma. Since then, it's been super slow and laggy working in my VDI. Today, I was going to record my screen to share with my Horizon Admins, and I noticed that the second I started recording the screen the Horizon Client was on, the Horizon Desktop worked flawlessly without any lag or issues. So, it's definitely something going on with MacOS Sonoma and the Horizon Client. Also, as soon as I stop screen recording, the Horizon Desktop goes back to laggy and slow instantly.

It's a known issue.

The private API _HIMenuBarSetAutoShowDelay stops working in Sonoma.

Need to get help from Apple to fix it.
