I have a bunch of Mac users who are having "blank" screens pop up/ or the app just when they launch -
Tried the trouble shooting steps VMware has suggested but I cannot get it to work:
tried this on one user and it worked until the applicatons stopped
“MAC User s who are connecting to the pools may have a Resolution issue with
the virtual machine they acquire-to resolve that make sure they are connecting
thru the “Client” and adjust the setting by going into “Resolution” and setting it from Normal to “Full Resolution””
Tried older client 5.0 still had to direct them to HTML
User OS is :
- 10.14.6 Mojave
any other suggestions?
