Hi. I'm having some issues trying to log into Horizon with the latest Mac update, but this was also causing some issues before the update. The desktop just won't connect, repeatedly saying 'general authentication, login failure, contact administrators', which usually indicates an incorrect password.
However, everything connects using the browser version, it's just the app that's having the problems.
I've uninstalled and reinstalled it a few times, but it seems my login details are being cached as when I launch a reinstalled version, my username is already populated.
What I have noticed is when I close the login window, the server is deleted and I need to re-add it before each sign in attempt.
Everything on the Mac looks ok - firewall off, full disk access granted, etc. I just can't seem to troubleshoot what's blocking it.
