Sometime a user with a VM complains about the issue that Office is crashing when he uses "save as".
Only thing that is solving the issue is to reboot the VM, than issue is gone but not for ever.
Also to set "disable_timezone_snychronization" to "true" in registry helps sometimes.
Sometime we had to remove this key to get rid off this issue.
have some same issues ? and how can we solve this ?
Is this a linked clone or a full desktop? If it's just happening to a single user, as you implied, I would just perform a reinstall.
It is full desktop and it happens on different VMs some times.
Reinstall doestnßt help for long.

Are you doing any type of folder redirection that impacts where files are saved? Do you see the problems in a physical environment? If not what may be the differences between the two images?
images are all the same; the are created from a master image.
on physical computers we have seen that problem only 1 or 2 times.
we have no folder redirection and we already tried to save on local C drive ( not on a mapped network drive ), but no success.
I would do a fresh build not using the master image. See if you can duplicate it that way.
Also, I would cross post in a Microsoft Office forum as you may get more feedback there.
