I created a new parent image to update from 1709 to 1809 and I am having issues with load time. It's spinning on the Welcome screen for much longer than my 1709 images and I'm having troubles figuring out why. In my 1709 image, the "Logon Start to Hive Loaded Time" takes 1-2 seconds. In my 1809 image it's taking 30+.
Does anyone have any suggestions on what to check to figure out what caused the significant increase?
