Logout requested by system

HI,

Users are disconnecting automatically with error logout requested by system,

Anybody know from where it's triggering this message :

Using UAG - POD -Azure server

Do you know if the desktop connection is idle when this is happening or while there is activity going on?

Current configuration session idle time 30 minutes and disconnection time 15 minutes,

Have you checked the view configuration settings.  I know we got hit with this as the default is 600 minutes initially and we had users staying online longer.  it would just bump them off but their session was still active since we had a 90 min timeout after disconnect before logoff

Try setting UAG session timeout to 0 (which means no timeout).
