Having a weird issue. We recently switched to UAG instead of Security Servers. It seems like around that time we started getting tickets for users getting kicked out of their VDI after exactly 8 hours. The global setting in the Horizon admin console is set to 720 minutes like it always has been. The UAG is set to 360000000 ms, which is 10 Hours. The users still get the message "Logout request by system". The session just disconnects so when the user logs back nothing is lost.
Any help would be appreciated.
I am having a similar issue to this also. Have you been able to find the solution? We havent been able to determine the length of time this is happening after yet.
