Hello,

We have vSphere 4.1 and vmware view administrator 4.6

Why can't I login to VDI console over vCenter, while user is logged in?

It doesn't work like normal workstation, when user had problem i can RDP to remote PC (take over the session) and see what is wrong, check logs...

This is by design due to PCoIP using the console 0 session, can't recall in version 4.6  but in 5 and later you can enable access to this session via GPO using the pcoip.adm file imported from the broker.
