Location aware desktop pools

I would like to assign desktop pools based on location of the connecting client and not a user. For example, I would like to use the client names or MAC addresses of a particular set of clients and associate them to a particular desktop pool. I understand that I can use client information variables within the actual desktop to do things like printer mapping, but I want to use these variables at the pool level and not the desktop level. Does anyone know if this can be done with the current versions of View? If it is not currently available, does anyone know when it might be an added feature?
