Local Mode allow VPN Only?

Is the a way to enforce a local mode VM to be able to only connect to a VPN server (similiar to ACE firewall rulesets)?

In this case may be you have to use third party tools.

So you have the VPN client inside the local mode VM and when the user downloads you only want them to access the VPN server and nothing else on the internet?

Yes.

I would like to only allow traffic to-from my VPN server from inside the local mode VM.

This can be easilly done with ACE, but does not seem possible with View.
