Linked Clones and Acrobat Flash Player

I have installed the Acrobat Flash Player ActiveX control in my "gold" image (Windows 7 64-bit, IE 9), and it works fine.  However, users of the linked clones created from that image receive a "acrobat flash player should be installed" on accessing any website requiring flash.  Can anyone point me towards a solution?

I think this is something from a Profile Issue because it would stay in the profile and not universal.

Try Something Similar to this Installing add-in for all user profiles

How did you install the Flash driver? was it to the default Admin profile, or did you re-create the default user profile with the necessary registry and file entries for the Flash player
