Hello,
I have installed VMware composer and when I try to create a linked clone pool I recieve the following error:
Error during provisioning: 17/02/12 10:56:15 o'clock GMT: View Composer Database Fault: VMware.Sim.Fault.DbOperationFailedFault
I have tried the following KB: http://kb.vmware.com/selfservice/microsites/search.do?language=en_US&cmd=displayKC&externalId=103572... to no avail. I have also restarted everything at least once and recreated the pool itself. Could anyone please give direct me to a resolution?

Did you look over the composer logs to see if you could get some more information?
The View Composer server log is needed to find the root cause. Make sure the database is clean. The log files are in %allusersprofile%\"Application Data\VMware\View Composer\Logs", or run "Create View Composer support Logs".
