When you attempt to launch a VDI using the native Horizon client running version 2111 build 8.4.0 (18968194), and where the local machine's time zone is set to Minsk (UTC+3:00), it fails to launch the VDI but is successful when it's launched using the browser from the same Windows 10 machine.
However, when the time zone is set to either Moscow, Istanbul, Kuwait, Nairobi or Baghdad, all of which are also UTC+3:00, it is possible to launch a VDI using the Horizon client successfully.
VDI environment is hosted in Azure.
Has anyone observed this behavior and what was done to remediate it?
