Launch Horizon Client from connection server page?

I'm trying to fulfill a request to have the connection server landing page give the option to launch the View client OR the HTML client. The default is "download the horizon view client" and "Horizon view HTML Access"

I've edited the bundles.properties file that allows me to change it to "Launch VMware Horizon Client" but I need to figure out how to get the link to actually open the client within the confines of the portal-links-html-access.properties file. Anyone ever tried this?

The link is a custom browser protocol for view

If can create a link and point it to:

vmware-view://connectionserver.company.local

for a specific pool, you need to know the DN for it in the local adam database

vmware-view://connectionserver.company.local/cn=desktop-pool-name,ou=application,dc=vdi,dc=vmware,dc=int

In the client, you can create a shortcut by right-clicking the pool/application. If you look at the properties of the shortcut you will see the URL for it which will look like the stuff above.
