I currently have a Horizon 7.10, 7.13, and newly created environment with new Hardware with 2103. I have the option to change the scaling percentage when I'm using either the browser or the client. For some reason on the new environment, I'm not able to change it. I tried uninstalling all components and installing back in the order VMware recommends. I'm also using the same gold image. I'm not sure if it is supposed to be like this on the newer version, but I thought I would ask. Here's some info about the environment below. Any thought? Thanks

Gold Image: LTSC 1809 (Same Gold image as the other environment
