Keyboard and mouse occasional pause/stutter

We have a View deployment that's been in production for quite a while and our clients are experiencing a randomn issue.

Occasionally you'll be typing along and it will just pause--and then all of a sudden it will jump and catch up--but many times it will drop a few letters or sometimes an entire word that you were typing.  Also when this happens the mouse seems to stutter as well.

I've been looking at pretty much everything and am coming up blank.

We have 1GB network everywhere and are not lacking in bandwith.

Anyone have this issue and know what is causing it?

Also all our cleints are using Samsung NC240 zero clients if that helps.

In the times I've experienced this it seems to be a latency problem.

orthohin -- looks like all those links are referring to Fusion and other products.  Not View specifically.

Also where's the best place to start looking for latency issues?
