JMP - why must I jump...

OK, I have a relatively small VDI infrastructure. For a variety of reasons I keep it very simple - full clones. We've been running this was since 2008. It runs very well, is easy to maintain really and meets our needs pretty well. LOL - especially now.

I have been slow to move to the HTML clients for Horizon and vSphere and now is as good a time as any. I've been working with the HTML client for a week or so and getting tired of the timeouts so I look up how to increase the idle timeout for Horizon... "To adjust the timeout for the administrative interface, go to Settings -> Global Settings -> General Settings." and when you get there Welcome to your JMP platform, yadda yadda yadda...

Really I need a JMP environment/server to increase the idle timeout??? Ugh.

And I've already seen the KB article on this - I don't have the settings section like it shows - this is what I have:
