Issue installing AppVolume

I'm running the installation of AppVolume manager. I'm going through the setup and I'm at the Machine Manager and am getting Request Error I'm not getting connected to the ESXI servers

I built 2 accounts a domain account called VDI and a Local account called VDI. but this is the error that I'm getting. I put the local VDI account on all the ESXI servers. What do I need to do? Horizon 7.6 but will be upgrading to 7.10 and APPVolume 2.18

Hi, you made sure that the same local vdi account is created on all your esxi servers and that same account has the same password as well?
