Issue connecting with View Client

Ok, so this is my first installation of View and I have everything setup. But when I loaded the View client on my PC and tried to get into a VD, I get an "User Interface Error"

I attached a screen shot of the error. I am guessing it has something to do with the virtual desktop I created but can't figure out why. Any help?

Thanks.

sorry, I read the thread wrong. The view agent installed on your vPC has the GINA install option. What version of RDP do you have installed on the vPC? We use 6.0 on all are XP devices.

Not sure the version of RDP. Whatever one comes with XP SP 3. Is there a way to find out the version?

Yes, it looks like it is an anti-virus thing. I disabled the anti-virus and it worked. Thanks for your help!
