Issue With cp-parents

As i do maintenance i keep finding other issues and i am almost out of hair.  Had a problem with a pool and now i get 2 cp-parents that are giving me the error "The operation is not allowed in the current state."  This error comes up every minute.   Then it says remove snapshot completed then back to the error message every minute.  When i try to run any maintenance commands i keep getting errors.  Just looking to remove these parents.  Any help is appreciated

I Assume u followed the guid to remove the these cp- 's ? if still u r facing . is it possible to post screenshot ?

Have you tried using the IcMaint and/or the IcUnprotect commands from a connection server to clean these up?

I've tried the maint commands and it will not delete.  I am assuming that there is something that is accessing that parent and others but i cannot identify it.
