Invalid Parent Path

Trying to launch VM's externally and getting error in admin console. I can launch my VM's when inside the office but when i try to launch them from outside i get an error "Invalid Parent Path for Datastore" in the admin console. I can login to the view server, see all my VM's, but when i try to launch it doesn't come up. Any help is appreciated. Thanks.

How are you connecting back in to the office remotely? Whats the IP / DNS infrastructure? Are you using a VPN client? etc.

for what it's worth it use to work. I recently upgraded to 3.5 U4. That is really the only change that i can see. i tried using the browser and the client with now luck. I am not using a VPN.
