Internet explorer locking up

We have a strange issue with our View VM's.

Go to https://tools.usps.com/go/ZipLookupAction!input.action, look up an address. Try to look up another address. IE will not allow anything to be typed in any of the fields. IE acts like it locks up the keyboard (you can type in other applications).

If you close the browser and re-open it, you can do another search. This happens with some other sites also.

Seems to only happen if the user is not an administrator.

We used to have this problem previously, although I dont remember how it was corrected.

Does it happen with other browsers or just IE?   Do you have different images to te

Yes, I can type in everything else except IE.

Seems to be caused by IE's protected mode. If I disable protected mode, or add the website to IE's trusted sites list, it works fine.

We had this problem once before and somehow it managed to resolve itself. Maybe some windows update caused the issue again?

Is anyone else having this problem when you visit the above page?
