What can i do to solve this error message.

Every action on view connection server that include view composer action doesn't work (delete desktop, delete poo, recompose desktop, create pool etc)+

Many thanks

No we didn't any changes, but we had a problem with Vcenter and we had to uninstall IIS Role on Vcenter.

How can i check Composer service account, permission or SSL troubleshooting.

Can i force view connection to reacquire SSL Thumbprint of Vcenter and Composer?

Thanks a lot

hmm Can you create a new pool - full clone and let us know the results? You have to re-install composer service but I am not sure yet.

When i click edit on an existing pool or while creating a new one it says "vcenter error occurred" first and then editiging snapshot selection in vcenter tab then clicking ok it says "view composer internal error"....Smiley Sad

Can you check the composer service if it is running, check if it is able to connect to the database, check the rights given to the the composer user ID

Thanks

I solved it!!!

I followed this link http://kb.vmware.com/selfservice/microsites/search.do?language=en_US&cmd=displayKC&externalId=200200... and it solved my composer fault message.

For Vcenter my authentication info was vcentername\administrator then i put only administrator with password and everything works.

Thanks a lot for your time
