Intermittent UAG unreachable status in Horizon dashboard

I have deployed UAG 3.9.1 with Horizon 7.10 and registered the UAG in Horizon using the friendly name configured in the UAG system settings.

The UAG has registered and displays the correct UAG version and IP address, however the Horizon dashboard will intermittently display the UAG as unreachable.

There are no apparent issues with the UAG itself and connectivity to desktops via UAG is fine.

Any idea why this is happening and how to troubleshoot this?

You can enable TRACE level logging on connection server and check debug log on connection server.
