Instant-Clone customization fails

Hi,

I have an issue with my new Horizon pod.
I have created a Instant-Clone pool but my desktops are stuck at "Customization" step, then time-out.
Virtual desktops are correctly added to the AD domain.
All network ports are open between Server VLAN and Desktops VLAN, Windows firewall is disabled on all VMs.
Connection Server has been rebooted and VD are added to the root Computers OU (for testing only)

I have several 1722 errors about RPC

I don't know what to do now;

Virtual Desktop :
- Windows 10 Pro N 21H1
- Golden Image has never been added to domain
