Installing Windows on ESX server?

Hello All,

I have created a virtual machine in our ESX server and created a new virtual harddisk for it.

I then tryied to install windows XP in on this virtual machine, the machine boots from the cd correctly and when it reaches harddisk verification.

an error is fired saying that it can't find any harddisks to install Windows On.

How can I solve this proplem, given that a virtual harddisk is added to the virtual machine

This is because of the SCSI driver that is needed. Pplease see the following URL for info on where to get it. Once you have it just create a floppy image and attach that to the VM. Press F6 to load it during the Windows preinstall steps.
