Installing Horizon 7.13 Connection Server Standard?

Hello

Needed to know if it is possible to install 2 Horizon 7.13 Connection Server Standard in the same Environment?

So, install the 1st Horizon Connection Server Standard and then instead of installing the 2nd one as a Replica, install the 2nd one as a Horizon Connection Server Standard.

The thinking behind this is that the local View LDAP configuration data from the 1st Horizon Connection Server does not replicate to the 2nd server, so no Replica Server is created just a new Horizon Connection Servers Standard.

Thank You in advance for the answer.

Ciao

If you intend to use two different Connection server instances with the same vCenter

"One vCenter Server is usually assigned to only one Horizon Connection Server Pod in basic Horizon Design." Sharing of a single vCenter Server across multiple Horizon Pods is not supported. "

Check this

How to share a Single vCenter Server Across Multiple Horizon Pods (80673) (vmware.com)

We have a similar deployment as our size is fairly small with only a few hundred VMs running in 7.10.3. One Connection Server Standard for our internal users /VMs and another Connection Server Standard with a UAG for our external users/VMs. They share one vCenter. Been setup like this since version 4, though we did used to have a replica server each on the internal and external setups.
