A user installed a USB printer (Ricoh Aficio SP C231N) and they cannot get into their view desktop. I am on the desktop via the console so I know the desktop is up. I recomposed it and she was fine. They just reinstalled the printer and she is no longer able to connect again.
Why would a print driver kill the ability to connect?
While typing this I reinstalled the View Agent and we are able to get back in.
I should also note that this is a Wyse P20...
Can you post the logs from your ZC and your pcoip_server logs?
