In vCenter server VDI Horizon virtual machine doesn't start automatically

Hi community out there,

I have one site where virtual machines start automatically in the vCenter server becuase in the Horizon Admin, remote machines settings are set to "Always Powered ON" but there is same other site where same settings and configurations but when we manually shutdown the VDI machines its not automatically start as i can see in the vCenter server and i am unable to figure out what could be problem. I think connection servers are responsible for this to to communication with vCenter server, i checked connection servers and are look good.

It would be so thankful if someone point out where could be problem and what steps we need to check  ?

I found something on internet and it says authentication problem between connection server and vCenter, could be solve by first restarting vCenter then after couples of minutes start connection server but its not an easy to restart system which is running on production.

i am waiting for your positive feedback and useful help.

Thanks in Advance!

Regards

Syed
