Idle Time until disconnect session

Hi guys,

i want to set idle time until the user get disconnect and then logoff.

Microsoft\VMWare doesn't provided any solution for this issue in Horizon environment. (not yet).

I've tried to set ScreenSaver that's run tsdiconn.exe after 15 minutes. (it's doesn't work for every user; or user doesn't got logoff at the end of the time was set in Horizon pool's settings.)

and the second thing that i've tried is set TaskSchedule that's run tsdiconn.exe after 15 minutes of idle. (This option doesn't work at all).

Does any one have any creative idea? some open source tool? Smiley Happy

Thanks guys

We use The Grim Admin screensaver operations for Windows.

In a nutshell, you set your screensaver to run the above scr file. It will read settings from the registry and execute whatever you want. We prompt with a "you've been idle, do you want to disconnect" and if it times out or the user clicks yes it will run the tsdiscon.exe.

Its been working perfectly for us.
