IIS with Persona Management

Hi All,

I have been hitting the wall with our IIS users. I cannot come up with a way to backup C:\wwwroot and C:\inetpub when users log off. I don't think it is possible through PM Smiley Sad

We have a floating pool with linked clones setup, using View 5.0, Does anyone have a good idea how to make these folders back up?

Thanks,

-Brad

How about something simple like an SMB mount on your IIS servers that a log off script does an incremental robocopy to? You could easily push the SMB mount and log off script using group policy....unless you have some complexity that I'm missing?

Thanks for the idea Mittell. My knowledge of IIS isn't the greatest, but if I did a logoff script, how would the users get the data back at logon? The logoff script would also have to be done via Local Policy and not AD, since we don't have any rights to create or modify GPO's to anything.

Thanks,

-Brad
