I Upgraded my Golden Image from 1903 to 1909. Should use the Windows 10 1909 Optimization Tool?

I used the 1903 Optimization Tool when I built the GI. Should I rerun the 1909 OT again?

Yes - you will find that some of the optimizations will be undone during the in-place upgrade. Also, don't forget to reinstall your various agents in the correct order on the image, as that is best practice after a feature upgrade.
