How to remove old VC and sources

Our current View 4 connection server has four VirtualCenter VMs listed in the Desktop Sources tab that we cannot delete. The problem is that the sources are associated with a VC server that no longer exists. Is there a way to clean this up?

Here is the error we get:

Status Details

Failed to remove VM: /HQ/vm/View - Pools and Resources/VM_SALES/pc01 from SVI inventory - Fail to connect to SVI: https://vc1.network.local:8443 - The message with To 'https://vc1.network.local:8443/SviService/v2_0' cannot be processed at the receiver, due to an AddressFilter mismatch at the EndpointDispatcher. Check that the sender and receiver's EndpointAddresses agree.

Done

Of course we cannot delete the old VC until we get all the sources removed.

Have you already opened a service request for that issue?

Not yet. I try to avoid calling most companies' "support" anymore. I guess I'll have to call.

I think it's the best in this situation.
