How to mirror a Horizon RD session

Hello. We have Horizon 7 standard edition and use Server 2016 RD desktops for some users. How do you mirror a remote session in this environment when the user wants assistance? The standard methods don't seem to work anymore once the Horizon agent is loaded.

Hi You can use the built help desktop console and use the remote assistant option to shadow the user session

I believe this needs Horizon Enterprise. We are only on standard edition.
