We have assigned full clone virtual machines based on Windows 10 1909 and have tried several different settings to get the best possible text with Office applications and have settled on JPG/PNG and no H.264 with Blast using 3 monitors per user via office and homes working remote. We do not have any underlying hardware accelerated graphics on the server. Would having hardware based acceleration on the server improve the readability when using financial and Office apps (large spreadsheets, legal documents, etc) or is what we have likely to be as good as it can be?

By default, hardware acceleration is automatically disabled in Office programs if certain video card and video card driver combinations are detected when you start an Office program.

Using the 'cleartype' option inside windows fixed most of my issues. Thanks.
