I know this is an old thread, but I have one user that has been randomly seeing this same message, and this is the only thread I found.  My connection servers are all reporting the same time/date.

View 6.0.1

View Client 3.5.1

I just came across this with a user today.  This is the first time I've seen this issue.

It look like ENV issue related such as network problem, and check Gaurav mentioned also, please file a ticket with full level logs if you still repro it in the latest client and backend build, Thanks.

I have resolved the issue.

The reason is time sync or gap problem.

Please, see windows event log on VM. Maybe time is an unexpectedly many changing.

In my case, security agent on VMs change VMs' time every 1 sec because the security agent's server have ntp issue.

After fixed the security server, the problem have been solved.

I hope you resolved this problem.

Yes, the time was off by two hours ahead, for some reason.  Weird.  Thanks.

I had this problem. I changed the connection server settings and everything worked. On view go to servers --> "edit" (your server) check all daws and hosts.
