How to disable ThinApp for custom applications

Hi, I recently came across an interesting problem. Question from the programmer, is there any way to disable an application using ThinApp virtualization?

So the programmer wants us to help them prevent people from using our technology to package their applications?

It is only in this particular case. Until now the administration to protect the dongle, but want to cancel it and introduce the activation via internet. Then the application should be easily portable. I know this question is a bit difficult here on the VMware forums. It is not directed against ThinApp. This was for me the only interesting question.
