How to delete profile folder

I using persona management and I have a bad user profile

I want to delete his Profile folder but I get "The action can't be completed because the folder or a file in it is open in another program"

I understand that the problem is to access to the folder {08C31585-259A-4341-9982-78E42EAF6106} inside .

Please help me it a little urgent

Do you want to delete the profile in the local machine or in profile remote profile repository?

Then you need to make sure the user is completely logged out before you delete the profile. Also, just to be sure, you can reboot the machine the user was last logged into if that is not  automated.

It’s a linked clone pool with floating assignment and refresh immediately after log off .
