How to create a multiuser VM

Our company has setup a new VDI and I am setting up the new vm’s for our staff. I have run into one problem where I do not know how to create a VM that will allow multiple people to login. I have created many dedicated vm’s up to this point but now need to create one where a user can walk up to the vm, choose log off, and then login under a different account. Any advice on how to set this up and what type of pool is needed is appreciated.

Thank you

Create a floating desktop pool with one desktop in it.  Then when user A logs off.  User B can log into the same workstation.  It's pretty much the only way of doing it with out doing a Terminal Server.
