View 5.1 with a backend Pure Storage solid state array
Windows 7, 32bit golden image, fully optimized
Currently have 240 linked clones sitting on a single datastore
The single lun carved out on the Pure Storage is bound to two iSCSI interfaces over 10GB ethernet
I have read that with vSphere 5.1 the max VMs per lun is 128
Should I split my View VMs across three luns?
How do I go about doing this? Just not sure how I tell a bunch of linked clones to split themselves evenly across multiple luns
Should be as simple as creating the new LUNs/datastores, adding them to your ESX hosts, editing the View pool to add the new datastores, and then rebalacing the pool.
Edit: Should have made the rebalancing part more explicit - Tell View to rebalace the pool - it will handle distributing the VMs to the LUNs based on free disk space.

Are you utilizing VAAI? If so, according to Andre's article, http://myvirtualcloud.net/?p=3245, you can go up to 140 per datastore but if not then it's still best practice to do 64.
